Lock the ranger's target on caster of choice, then go back to cspacing. Even if you're absolutely horrible at microing (*cough*me*cough*) it isn't that hard.

[skill]Broad Head Arrow[/skill][skill]Screaming Shot[/skill][skill]Distracting Shot[/skill][skill]Savage Shot[/skill][skill]Apply Poison[/skill][skill]Epidemic[/skill] + res and something is what i usually run on my heroes, which is almost the same that i run on my ranger.
Also, barrage + daze on all mobs = win
Haven't used barrage since splinter wep was nerfed tho.
